High Rep Kettlebell Work…
Good for cardio – not so good for hands!
This is what happens when you do 411 snatches with no chalk = kettlebell slipping at the wrong times.
At this time I would like to recommend Elastoplast spray plaster, which forms a plasticky layer over wounds and stops them getting infected (that is why my hand is shiny in the pic). Note: It hurts like HELL when you spray it on an open wound! ![]()

411 Snatches with no chalk….. that’s insane!
What weight was used and was there any rest beteen sets.
Regardless… that makes you a kettlebell superman. Keep up the good work
Hope your hands heal
Stay strong
Hi Rob,
It wasn’t that impressive, just a cardio (aerobic capacity) session, working off a heart rate monitor – thus I wasn’t pushing anything, only used a 16k and rest periods were dictated by heart rate. Session took over 40 minutes so there was plenty of rest!
I don’t do non-stop sets very often, but I’ve done over 100 with a 20k non-stop. Much harder, apart from on the hands!
