My Current Workout Drink
Just thought I’d give people an idea what I am drinking during my workout. This is a concoction I came up with to get me through hard strength and anaerobic capacity workouts.
It contains:
* 25g whey
* 50g wazy maize
* 5g tyrosine
* 3g beta alanine
* 3g creatine
* 3g taurine
* 1g vitamin c
All of the powders were bought from www.myprotein.co.uk
McDonalds Coffee…
Is better than Starbucks! And the irony is, they only push a button and it’s done. Also, it’s ‘rainforest certified’, which I guess means the animal/vegetable/coffee bean rights people are happy.
The only issue now is not ordering any of the food while I’m there!
