Alex Gold is a strength and conditioning specialist and owner of Absolute Gold Performance, a physical training company based in West London and Absolute Gold UK, a company providing strength training bands and dragging sleds online.
Alex is a qualified personal trainer, biomechanics coach and sports therapist, committed to helping everyone achieve the best possible results. Alex believes in using a variety of tools to train people, and that those tools should be chosen due to measurable criteria in order to maximise the efficieny of the training and minimise the likelihood of injuries. Alex is a former wrestler and competitive powerlifter, and currently training to compete in powerlifting competitions again. Alex is regularly featured in numerous online and print publications and was formerly a regular writer for ‘Fighters Only’ magazine published worldwide.

It was refreshing to watch and listen to Will Smith talk with Travis Smiley. We so often forget to listen to our inner self or take time out to make the right choices and decisions that are positive and healthy. We are in control of our own destinies, paths, journeys and adventures, which ever step we choose to take. I really admire Will Smith, he’s such a humble and endearing person besides being a brilliant actor. Naturally i rushed out to buy a copy of The Alchemist, Paulo Coelho has written some good books on mind, body and soul.
