It wasn't that impressive, just a cardio (aerobic capacity) session, working off a heart rate monitor - thus I wasn't pushing anything, only used a 16k and rest periods were dictated by heart rate. Session took over 40 minutes so there was plenty of rest!

I don't do non-stop sets very often, but I've done over 100 with a 20k non-stop. Much harder, apart from on the hands!</description>

What weight was used and was there any rest beteen sets.
